I still can't quite understand how to get it programmed, I use v route and manually enter the route in, and the takeoff seems to go okay, but landings, in the FMC even after I set up the arrival but it doesn't reflect on the fmc, the last leg entry on the fmc still says the cruz altitude, at this point I wish I could get a step by step walk through with a live person, but I know thats not going to happen. Dont know really what else to say, I just need a good explanation on how to set it up, the pinned topic about the FMC, I've read it over a dozen times, and still can't understand how it works.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's a bug in the 757 FMC. Search (search for "no T/D" or "no TOD") this forum to find the fix. Many have this problem and so it has been answered many times.

If you don't find it, just say so and I'll explain it for you.

I've noticed something similar to what you describe, it happened at Palma de Mallorca airport when selecting the arrival and various other airports-

I could choose the arrival STAR, BUT when I chose ILS RWY24L and hit activate and execute nothing happened...
It was only later I discovered the CS757 doesn't like you choosing any runway choice with say ILS in front.

Now I just choose RWY24L and that's it works fine.

Maybe if it's not the TOD bug it might be what I was getting.
