No need to call me sir, I'm 15. But I'm not making it for the ADV model because I don't have the expansion for it because I want to be able to use to do flight's since thier's no UK airlines with the 737-200 anymore. I may buy the ADV expansion when I get enough money  but for now it's just for the Base pack model, and you wouldn't really notice the difference any way

this is valid for all repaints you want to use on another CS737-200 type. The secret is in the aircraft.cfg
Example: CS' paint3 as it is in the base-pack e.g.-200

if you want to use it with the ADVanced expansion you have to:
- of course copy the texture set directory into the directory CS_B737-200ADV
- open the aircraft.cfg file in the root of CS_B737-200ADV directory.
- copy /paste the aircraft file details (see above) into the aircaft.cfg file as the subsequent aircraft to the already existing ones. Change the X to the subsequent number otherwise it will not show in FSX.
- change the line "model=200" into "model=adv" (the "sim=csx732" line has not to be changed as it is the same for both variants. This one changes with the C/F expansion into "sim=csx733" and the model changes into "model=c" Combi and "model=f" Freighter)
- Change the "ui_type=737-200" into "ui_type=737-200ADV" ("ui_type=737-200C" for the Combi and "ui_type=737-200F" for the Freighter)
- Update the description if you like.
- Save the aircraft.cfg file.
- Go to an existing ADV texture (f.expl.: texture.klm) directory and copy / paste / overwrite the texture.cfg file into your new texture dir. (it's for the fallbacks e.g. textures which are common to all aircraft textures in their basic paint and not included in the repaint.)

I recommend you read the aircraft.cfg description in the FSX SDK where everything is explained in details.
In general you can use all of the repaints with all the variants it's a matter of adjusting the aircraft.cfg file as described. Works also the other way around using an adv/combi or freighter repaint for the base-pack 200.

hows the progress?

Well I've been on my work experience this week and taking a train into London is a pain so by the time I get back and have dinner I'm sleeping on the sofa haha So I haven't really had the time. I'm really sorry it's taking a long time, I just need to split the Image and put them onto the templates and try them out :) I'll see how I feel this weekend and I may do it :)

That's okay. I'm sure we all have moments when we should have taken as picture but didn't.

Here is mine: I missed the opportunity, from my backyard in 1986 to take an awesome shot of Haley's Comet with its tail streaming a long way behind it. I thought I could get a better one when it got closer, but when it did get closer, it just looked like a huge ball heading towards earth. You have no idea how many times I have kicked myself for not taking the picture when I could have, should have! Oh well. S**t happens! :'(

I was 28 in 1986, so I'll be 102 (almost 103) in mid-2061! And if I'm lucky enough to live that long, I'll probably be confined to a wheelchair, in the corner of my room, not knowing if I'm Aurthur or Martha. So it'll be a case of "Who the heck is this Haley and his Comet?" :P ;D :D

Well I will be watching it from heaven or from hell. Don't know yet  :-?
