Although two bright white lights (one on each of the wings) comes on when you turn the Position light switch ON, I did not think they were strobe lights because they do not flash on and off. :-/

I'm also pretty sure that strobe lights are not included because they were no used back when the 737 original series were introduced (like bud7h7 and marvic said). Captain Sim don't usually retrofit their aircraft, so that's probably another reason for why don't see them on the 737-100/200. ;)
