If all else fails ,generate a ticket with CS.They should have all your order details.I don't know if you print or keep your own order details,but I would do that from now on.CS is very good at keeping all your order info from years back.In fact,I would say that they look after their customers better than most.I just had to reinstall my PHDG ;D software,
and if I had'nt kept my own printed order details,I would have to have rebought them!!!.
