No. It is correct. With Weapon for FSX, you get the CS_F/A-18, who's VC is aliased to the Acceleration F/A-18's VC. So if Acceleration is NOT installed, you won't get the armed CS_F/A-18. Hope that makes sense.

I also own Captain Sim X-Load which comes with the F/A-18D. I had to use the Weapon 'Loader" to add Weapon for FSX to it. Weapon for FSX did not change anything in the CS_F/A-18D folder when it was installed. So it IS done using the "Loader".
