Yes, Mr. Mark Fletcher, I did it all as you mentioned and indicated so when I stated "1. The Installer & loader were RUN as Administrators in Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Hi James. Did you install Weapon for FSX as an administrator, by right clicking the csw001_1000.exe and selecting "Run as administrator" from the list? Also, make sure you run the "Loader" (Start > Captain Sim > Weapon for FSX > Loader) as an administrator as well. Finally, try running FSX as an administrator as well (Start > Games > Microsoft Flight Simulator X). Either or all of these could make it work correctly. Mark

PS: I also, just updates FSUIPC to v4.80 even though it my or may not have anything to do with resolving it; but, just in case it does.  And, these problems started before this update which was only performed today.
