Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Extended Download Service > Get New Links

Download a new installer (csw001_1000.exe) from the link provided and install it again. It is up to you if you reinstall it over the current installation (repair) or uninstall it and then reinstall it.

Another thing worth trying would be to reinstall SP2 for FSX to see if that helps.
