That is the original panel.cfg created by the Weapon for FSX "Loader". It is not needed, so it is up to you if you place it in the panel.csweapon folder or not. If you are interested to see how I changed it from that to the one that gets used in the Spitfire, it would be worth putting in the folder so you can see how it is done. You could use it as a guide for doing the Razorback. ;)
