The only thing i struggle with now is the CDU. Is there any clear tutorials on this. Youtube only has messy ones

Search the forum here for FMC or CDU...its here somewhere.

And...the CS manuals are there of course. #3 Normal Procedures and #5 Flight Management System... etc.

It's a good idea to read them ;)

Is there something in particular that you want to know?
