It seems like some files have either gone missing or were not installed properly, so I strongly recommend that you uninstall, then reinstall the C-130 AND any Extra Packs you have.

If you are using Vista or Windows 7, make sure you install them as an administrator by right clicking on the installer and select "Run as administrator" from the list that pops up.
