Did you install it using the "Run as administrator" option?
Other than that, it sounds like your activation failed and what you are seeing is the anti-piracy measures. Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Customer Support > Search KB or Submit New Ticket - search for KB #685 (without the #) for what you need to do. Mark |
