Apologies NNewcomb; however, you quoted where I said I changed the thrust to 17,400 then advised that I change the thrust to 17,400. I found that extremely funny.

@ windplayer: The surface type is a factor, yes. I think I will remove then install it again and see what happens. It is not just taking 40% to start the roll it takes that much to continue the roll. I did check the brakes and even restarted a new flight on the off chance it was a glitch. I suspect the first install was working correctly and this one is corrupted for whatever reason. I simply wanted to ensure my suspicion was correct. This bird has surprised me before by behaving normally when I thought something it was doing was abnormal.
