Now im gone to master 3 degree descend profile you talked about while ago ;) I usualy starting descend at FL*3 nm distance, but sometimes i arriving to target alt too early, sometimes a little late :) now i gonna learn how to stay on profile. that'll surely helps to save some fuel in the end.
