Before I was adding them into FSC 9, I would enter them into the CDU like this:
I left a few Jet Airways and Waypoints out (sorry), but this is just to give you an idea of how to add the route into the CDU
With FSC9, I copy this line: KJFKDCT LAURN J42 RBV J230 BEETS Q480 VINSE J110 LEJOY J230 AIR Q480 ZANDR J110 BOWRR J80 EMPTY J110 CREEP J80 FYLLS J110 VHP J80 MCI J24 SLN J102 ALS J110 RSK J64 TBC J128 PGS STAR KLAX and delete the words DCT and STAR, then press ok. It then gives me the route which I can save in FS format (Documents\Flight Simulator X Files\KJFKKLAX.PLN), which can then be loaded into the CS757's CDU. In FSC9 it looks like this:
