Hello I just downloaded the demo tried it and decided to buy the base pack. I ran the uninstall like it said to and than downloaded and installed the base pack. However when i fly it the windows are stuck open like in the demo, none of the gauges move like in the demo, and there is no yoke.

I tried deleting it and re installing it and same problem. I ran FSX as an admin which cured a similar problem i had with the 757 a while back.

I have windows 7 64-bit, and SP2 for FSX.

I'm not sure if you need to delete anything in the registry because of the demo because I've never installed it. But if the Activation didn't work correctly, it will still appear as something like a demo.

Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Customer Support > Search KB or Submit New Ticket. Search for KB #685 (without the #). It will tell you how remove the registry entry for the Captain Sim products.

After that, reinstall it (activation will be required) and see if that fixes it.
