Strange problem you have. The problem have to be outside of the C-130. Maybe an other version of FSUPIC would help? It goes without saying that you also familiar with the uiautomationcore.dll? This file have to be in the root directory of FSX.
Furthermore it is obvious to run the FSX "as administrator". |
