I am now finding that some of the airports that I fly to are generating different frequencies than those in the latest Navigraph Airac. Is there a way of updating the Airport to the new frequency rather than editing Navigraph Airac back to the old frequency at each update? Any help or advice would be welcome.

This will need some freeware. You can open and edit the bgl which represents the airport to include the current frequencies. Takes a few minutes or less if you know how.
Addon scenery should be current, but the default airports aren't. However, maybe some friendly freeware author has uploaded a current file to Avsim or Flightsim.com. Happens quite often on the medium to large locations.

This is where using the Map in FSX is handy to go to to get the ILS frequency and heading, as well as anymore info like ATIS, Control Tower etc.
And the default GPS comes in very handy (except for ILS runway heading). ;)

Thank's guy's. I had better look for a bgl editor then and learn how to use it. Any idea's of where I can find a simple but good one? It has to be simple - for me!!

I think ADE is a famous one. http://www.airportdesigneditor.co.uk/ It uses the tools the FSX SDK delivers, so you have to run FSX Deluxe or Gold. Just install the SDK from your FSX discs and update it with the links on their site.
The rest should be in the manual and if it's just about frequencies and stuff, it should be easy.

Which airports do you have in mind by the way? As said, some folks may already offer the larger ones as freeware and ready to use. No tools needed.

Thank's Iv'e done as you suggested and down loaded ADE and now the fun begins. Just watch me make a dogs breakfast of it. But hey ho we can only try.

I have found 4 airports at the moment LIPZ, LIMC, LIML, EINN all of the ones I am using are newer than the original FSX ones but use the old frequencies so need to be up dated.
