You guys *really* need to go online. FSX's ATC is nothing short of a joke  ;D

Join IVAO or VATSIM, talk to real ATCs (well, at least real people) and enter a whole new world in simulation. After 2600 hours online, i just can't fly offline anymore  :D :D :D

Some are real pilots and real ATCs, so you can expect a high level of communication language and procedures and learn from it.
