Title: 757 with winglets
Post by theguz on Nov 24th, 2011 at 5:09am
Does the 757 with winglets fly differently?  Does it climb better?  Does it burn less fuel for a given speed?  Or is it just a cosmetic change for the Captain Sim fly model? Anyone know? :-?

It just looks different. So it is cosmetic only. If I use ACE to add the winglets from the livery I am using at the time, I go to an exterior view and they are there. he same applies to removing them.

If you look in the CS_B757-200 folder, you will see two AIR files (cs757-200.AIR and cs757-200RR.AIR), so if only one 757-200 RR has winglets, and the rest don't, then there would be ore AIR files in their. Their are still going to be only those two AIR files.

Does the 757-300 and Freighter have different air files?  Therefore behave different in the air?  I don't have those models yet.

The 300 an Freighter have their own AIR files, they also have their own names too. cs757-300.AIR, cs757-300RR.AIR, cs757-F.AIR AND cs757-F44.AIR
The performance of the 757-300 and 757-200 Freighters are different to the 757-200.
