Well, there are some documents at Avsim that I don't remember the name of. Those documents do have some basic flight planning information. I bought it myself and I'm very pleased with it as it includes all EPR values that you could possibly need, fuel planning tables and etc... well EVERYTHING you need actually. (even tables for 2 & 3 engine operations)
