No, that won't work. You can install the Radar as a popup via the CS WR installer app, but you won't get it into the NGX as a main display background (on e. g. the ND) in the VC.

In theory, you could search a free spot in the panel of the NGX and place the gauge there, but that's more than a simple copy job and it might not work well since the 3D model interferes with the gauge at some points.
Even more in theory, the lower DU may be a place for the WR to work since it's flat and offers an area to easily place another gauge. You would have to trial&error a bit though.
