I haven't checked to see if my strikes are reported when I fire rounds at the surface of any ocean or sea but if our guesses are correct, we should see the strikes there.
Nor have I, but that's usually because I'm trying very hard to pull up and not "splash!" in the water! Nothing worse than blowing a ship out of the sea only to slam into it yourself! :o
