Yes you can. Because of the difference in the way the description.txt works between the Legendary 727 and the 727 Captain, you will need to either add it manually, or modify the description.txt to suit the 727 ACE. If you do it manually you will also need to copy the texture.cfg from one of the other texture folders (texture.XXX) and paste into the Transmile texture folder or the aircraft livery will look terrible.
