Although I can't find any info on the Flight Plan, this http://www.707.adastron.com/default.htm is an interesting website all about the Qantas Boeing 707's.  I also believe that this has plenty of info about the 707 you are referring to, including a diary of the restoration.
The route could be on it somewhere, I don't really know because I haven't been to every page yet.
