I always buy at CS directly and always will, but it's a shame that some customers are 'better customers' than others and, with this mind, MatzeH84 is perfectly right with this critics of course.
The only thing I don't know about is if this is a CS issue or a Just Flight one. Maybe one another company customer can trigger an official statement there?

That clear update downside should be made more known to avoid spoiled customers in my eyes. Even better, it should be rendered to a thing of the past.  :)
