As far as I know, there is nothing like this. CS has said in the past that they do not do tutorial flights, so I definitely know that they have not produced any such thing.

Is there a specific aspect of the plane that you need help with, or is it the whole plane? I can make some instructions on how to use the Doppler navigation system if you like, and there is a great video series on YouTube on how to use an INS (Inertial Navigation System).
