Title: tutorial
Post by giorgio nicola on Apr 10th, 2011 at 11:04am
this post is for the CS administrator and for the 707 user that have something to suggest...

I've recently bought the 707. I think that you have done a very good job, very nice aircraft (maybe a 2D panel would be nice but I don't NEED it!).
It's an old aircraft, and there are many difference between fliing a new jetliner such as a 767 and fliing the 707. I think that a tutorial woulb be a very useful help for the new CS customer. I know that CS doesn't provide tutorials for their products, maybe a 707 user has made one himself, so... if someone know a decent way to learn to fly this beatiful bird, could he/she tell me where I can find it?

I repeat, a step by step tutorial or an introduction flight is very important for the new user.

who agree with me?

thnkyou

Welcome, giorgio nicola.  :)

I think that the manual3 of the 707 holds quite some texts and diagrams for you to follow in a tutorial-like style. You'll find all manuals on the product pages, free to load.
For instance, take the engine start procedure here.

Or see the takeoff pattern described here.

Looks ok in my eyes.
Maybe CS has collected some tips&tricks too, like on the 727 where e. g. the complete approach phase was described well by Lou.
Log in to your profile at the CS main page and go for the customer support. You'll find a knowledge base there, offering all sorts of chapters.
