Formation with MiG's is very cool indeed... I have many hours of formation flying.. Well basically I think I did more formation flying than just solo... Its very rare to fly solo, at least in the old Yugoslavia.. We needed special authorization to fly solo... But one time I almost killed myself in formation flying, or I should say toasted from the other guy when he hit the afterburner and went to left infront of me.. He should have gone to the right  :-/   This was in Mig-21's
