The 727 is one of the nicest flying planes, good speed, you're transition from the 707 will be without a hitch. It is fun, a bit more modern, good speed, nice blend of engine numbers (three is better than two, simpler than four). Honestly, my favorite airliner next to the 747-8X by a company I shan't name. I highly recommend it, however, I'd go for the Just Flight pack, just a detailed, but all the planes together for a lower price. I guarentsee you'll love it. It doesn't slow my system as much as th 707 or 757. Also, it lands pretty short, but I could beat it in my 757 if we had a contest  ;D
