I tried editing the aircraft.cfg,

[TurbineEngineData]
fuel_flow_gain=0.0022
inlet_area=15.000
rated_N2_rpm=10095.000
static_thrust=18963.000
afterburner_available=0
reverser_available=1 � //0

but that didn't get it working either.
