Please check this line
sim=csx7O1
and alter the O to "0" (zero). Save the new aircraft.cfg then (backup the other one first!) and try again.

Mine is showing a "zero", so maybe your installer isn't current since he seems to write the letter O there instead of the number zero, which leads FSX to the wrong air file to use (he doesn't find it then). Maybe you should reload the 1.3 installer again.

Do the other paints work for you?
