Good point Edwin. I would say no you don't need to buy a te expansion to get it. If/when the ACE is updated, it is highly likely that a KB# will be made available so everyone can get the completed ACE.

It is just my guess that the ACE might have been worked on, as well, and so when the Expansion Models are released, the ACE might also become available. ;)
