Helping out on this forum so other folks can enjoy the CS products would be a good start.

Flight simulation has really gotten very complicated which I think is good for the hobby. With this increase in the level of complexity comes a steeper learning curve. These CS planes, even though they are sold as a game, are very exact and attracts a group of pilots that want to know all about how to fly the plane correctly. But, because it is so complex, it is very hard to understand some of the systems and how they work. The Boeing manual for the 727 is very large and complicated. A pilot that already flies for an airline and is checking out on the 727 for the first time is given weeks of ground school and many hours of simulator time before being put in the real plane and even after that an instructor flies along to give more instruction before the pilot is allowed to "solo."

So I try, along with others on this forum, to help CS by attempting to answer questions that customers have. Some times the answers are simple. But some of the questions are not so easy to answer. The question of how to fly an ILS in the 727 and use the autopilot is something that takes time to explain. Even someone who is already a pilot will need to dig into the systems in order to be able to do it right. It's like the old question: how do you get to Carnegie Hall? - PRACTICE!

Now add to the mix a program as buggy as FSX and its no wonder people have so much trouble making it work just right. I think some of the "fun" is getting it to work at all.  ::)
