It's like Vladimir said. You answer the questions to the best of your ability. Just remember that sometimes you can get it  wrong, but don't worry, accept that you got it wrong and keep on helping.

The best I can tell you is this. I do my best to help everyone and I try to make my process of the solution as accurate as possible. Sometimes this means I start FSX, I load the aircraft in question and write down exactly how I do it. I learnt to do this when I started helping people over the phone with computer problems (if i couldn't remember the exact steps). The more exact the steps to the solution, the more likely it is to get it fixed as soon as possible.

I love the Captain Sim products and I get immense enjoyment out of them. I want everyone else to get that enjoyment too!
