Looks like Air Force 1 to me. The fact that the designation is USAF 26000 AKA SAM 26000 signifies to me that it is AF1. Wikipedia confirms that it is: C-137 Stratoliner, a modified long-range 707—Special Air Mission (SAM) 26000.
