I have just tried the 707 at moderate gross weight and find no problem with break-away thrust on the CS 707.

In the past I did have a problem with dragging brakes.

I went into the controls section and put in a little null and
that seems to have fixed the problem.

Check the lower left part of the screen to see if it shows the word brake or differential brakes.
