To load the freighter I believe you have to use the animated loader and load the plane one pallet at a time. You can set the weight per type of pallet thru ACE and you can also change the aircraft cfg file stations to get the cargo weight you want. It only takes 30 minutes. That's why I never reinstalled the freighter along with FSX reinstalls.
