Someone from CS said in an another thread that the staff will have a vacation, and will give an update earliest on Jan 12th.

So vacation for staff means no messages for users? �:-?
I didn't know that the forum messages get delivered personally by the staff. �;D

Just to confirm. I'm not talking about the ticket systems but the private message system of the forums.

I guess the answer is no. I help with them all. And thank you for the kind words. :)

Unfortunately, it's also flooding in areas not all that far from where I live. Just no where near as bad as Queensland is flooded. After 13 or 14 years of drought with severe water restrictions (our city lake had dried up) we have more rain than we can cope with now (our city lake is full and overflowing).
