Hello

Started a flight from PHNL full load to ESGU (Duxford). Attempted takeoff from 8L.  Advanced throttles to Max EPR Power.  Accelerated to 155K.  Was able to rotate, retract gear and flaps.  Wanted to reduce thrust to 80%.  My throttles went down to an idle position and would not come out.  Fuel was not cut off.  Needless to say I ditched my BUFF in Honolulu Bay :(

Has this happened to anyone?  I was able to complete a Edwards (KEDW) to Barksdale AFB without a hitch.  Since that flight it happened twice.
