I hope I have not been boring everyone with my constant updates but here is my final conclusion:  If you look closly at the model the wing stem and of course the spoilers are mapped seperatly.  That is why the APU only shows on one side and not the other.  The front half of the wing and the under side are mapped to the same texture.  That is why if you place name the file ..._4_T your markings are mirrored except for the wing root and APU portal.  Its a bummer but I guess it's life.  The modelers probably did this because it was easier.  I won't be able to put registration wing marking for my mexicana repaint so I that means its almost done.  To those who read and provided feed back, Thanks.

That's weird, I've painted a few wings but never faced that problem!  Thanks for investigating it...
