OK...I made some progress. After a little thinking it made sence that the 100 and 200 models used the same wing so the wing texture name needs to be 727_100_4_T even though its for the -200 model.  However, now I am stuck with a right wing left wing problem.  Both wings are using the right wing texure.  So I have an APU on both wings and registration on the top of both wings vs. one on top and one on the bottom.  So...I have made some progress but not all the way just yet. I will keep at it and see what happens.

What I recommend is copying the 727_100_4_T.psd and renaming it 727_100_5_T.psd, then paint each one individually & create the textures.  The APU port is a layer that can be hidden so that it only appears on the correct texture (right side of the aircraft I believe, 727_100_5_T, but don't quote me since it has been awhile!)
