Ironically, after 50+ starts, it appears that the timing and FX in the CS Buff are actually from a cart start instead of a huffer start. With a little procedural tweak you can actually do a pretty accurate cart start via:
All generators on,
Rapid start Pylon 1 and 4, (simulating engines 1 and 8)
After lightoff push throttle to 90% and engage Pylon 2 and 3 (simulating engines 2-7) starters
Passing 45% Pylon 1, starter off,
Passing 45% 2,3,4 starters off, prep for taxi.

When the wish list is started, we should start a master tweak list for the minor imperfections in this diamond.
