I fixed the "Don't Sink" by going into the FSX directory and I just renamed the "Don't Sink" voice to .old that got rid of the voice, but it really should not be giving this warning on landing. The "Don't Sink" is a takeoff warning only. It was designed to warn of any less then positive climb after takeoff. An example would be an engine failure on takeoff resulting in a negative rate of climb.
