I just tried again...Loading 727 after default then moving it to agate with a pushback truck and pressing shift+p and inmediately 2...Still it only goes straight...? I stand corrected Mark Rob gives intructions in his read me how to reduce the volume of the brakes sound.

Are you pressing shift+p then 1 or 2 on the number pad or the top row?  If you are pressing the number pad and your num lock is off, then I think it won't work.
