With Shift+L the passenger cabin illuminates, BUT: The big round lights at the cabin ceiling are still OFF, only the area around these lights is brighter.
Other effect: The background illumination of the cockpit panels is turned on (I mean all the small letters e.g. of the overhead panel), looks pretty nice.  For this, I also did not find a switch
