How do you set the pit in a cold and dark state?

There is a default flight included that sets it for you, load that and save it

Wow for a $70 add on they don't have a configuration tool to set it?

My default flight is the MSFS C172 in a cold and dark state (Avionics Master Switch is on though). So when I load the 707, it is already cold and dark.
