All the 727-100's use the same engine data in the same aircraft.cfg. e.g. the 727-100 The same applies to the 727-200. Changing between the different variations doesn't make any difference. The RE only uses a different model (.mdl) than the standard model - it's only a cosmetic (it's looks) difference.

The weight difference between the 727-100's and 727-200's is why the 727-200's are harder to fly.
