Although the behavior of the Speed Knob can be a nuisance, I am used to it and I rarely get "caught out" by it.

The only knob behavior that gets to me is the Altitude Knob on the MCP. One (RMB or LMB) click = +/-100 feet, if it worked more like the Decision Height Selector, I would be happier. Especially if it had the same "flick" behavior! I don't know how else to describe it, so I call it a "flick". ;)
