I realize this forum says "no tech support" all over it.  But I'm not a customer yet, so I haven't found a way to actually reach tech support yet.  I will not become a customer if I can't get a good feeling that your product will work with my setup.

Simple question is this.  Can anyone confirm that the Captain Sim aircraft (specifically the B727) will work with the GoFlight modules specifcally the GF-MCP Advanced?  

The GF-MCP Advanced is the auto pilot module.  I own about 8-9 different GF modules also including the TQ6 throttle quad.  

Does the Captain Sim aircraft work with the GoFlight hardware?

Just FYI, I did install the demo version of the B727.  However, the functionality of the demo just doesn't tell me if it will work with the GF modules.  

I'm hopeful that someone from Captain Sim will read this and provide the assurance I need that I can purchase in confidence.

There are so many types of third party hardware/software on the market. Unfortunately, we cannot test and provide compatibility with all of them.
All our products are designed for and tested on standard MS FS equipment and controls:
- One PC Windows XP/Vista Home Basic, Home Premium and Ultimate system running one copy of the MS FS.
- One Monitor
- One Keyboard
- One Mouse
- One Microsoft Feedback 2 Joystick

OK...let me phrase the question this way.  

Are your MCP autopilot functions setup the same as the MSFS default aircraft?  In other words, using the same key commands?
