in the last flight has fuel imbalance coming (due my mistake - forgot to switch off APU before departure  :-X), in 5 hours of flight difference of 1.1 tons, EICAS message rolled up.
So, in keeping with standard procedure for these cases XFER button on fuel control panel was swithed on, at that point in time in left tank was 6.3 and 7.4 in right tank. At landing time fuel disbalance has remained in 1.1 t. It means only one thing - fuel transfer pump is not working or working incorrectly
Is anyone face this problem also?

yes, the fuel transfer work like a charm. It's like the real airplane. Search for the real procedure about fuel imbalance.

What I normally do for an imbalance of fuel is turn of the fuel pumps for the tank with less fuel in it, which would have been the left wing tank in your case. When both tanks are equal, I turn the fuel pumps back on. I don't know if this is the correct way, but it works fine for me.

And you must to switch on the transfer pumps as well..
